These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Learner Management System ("LMS", "Platform", "System") provided by LulaServe. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Share copyrighted training materials without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, software, and intellectual property associated with the Platform remain the property of LulaServe or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

5. Training Content

• Training materials are provided for educational purposes only.
• Completion certificates may be issued at the discretion of the Platform.
• The Platform does not guarantee certification, employment, or accreditation outcomes.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected through the Platform will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) where applicable.

7. System Availability

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuous availability, the Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LulaServe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

10. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
